Any tips for Diet ??!

Question: Diet tips? On a daily basis eat fruits, veggies, proteins, limited fats and starches, and drink lots of fluids. I find when I increase my consumpiton of fluids I go to the bathroom more and the weight seems to come off quickly and my stomach feels tighter. I am going to take a wild guess that the reason your asking this question is to get some advice on how to lose weight.

The equation for weight loss is easy...
Proper diet is one part, Exercise is the other.

Just remember there is no magic pill that will make the pounds magically melt away. Many of us became overweight beacuse we made choices that didnt work out so well and now the solution is to make better choices and stick with them.

Proper nutrition and exercise is not that difficult to apply to your life on a daily basis as long as you make it a habit....At this vantage point it may seem like it is a long road to reach your goal weight, but in the end you will find the road your on is well worth the journey.

Whatever you do, keep a daily journal and know your calorie limit for the day. For example, on my plan, I should be consuming between 1200-1600 calories per day. By writing down everything I eat and recording the calories, I can stay within my range. It also makes me very aware of how many calories certain foods contain. Keeping a journal forces me to make wiser choices. Believe me, it sounds simple, but it is a great help to see what you eat written down on paper. Best wishes to you with your diet goals. Also, don't forget to get some sort of exercise in each day or at least 3 days a week.
