wow. im sorry about your problem.... anyway if u need advice on a diet, i will help you out... it depends really on the foods you eat. here are a few choices.. u can go on a poultry diet.. or a veggie diet. But if you still want to eat good, i say you eat foods with less fats. but you need to eat them in small portions. To keep that hungry feeling away eat a few crackers for snacks or some natural food bars... my cousin is sick and cant get out of bed often... she said these are the best diets for her..

I would go for the Slimming World diet if you need lots of carbohydrates. Usually after Christmas you can join slimming clubs free of charge. You don't need to keep going and paying money once you have all the necessary information. Good luck.

The best thing you can do is eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, i hope you like fish, not too much of rice, white bread and pastas ,try to eat a balance meal 3 times a day and drink lots and lots of water also dont forget to avoid sweets.

the young lady shippo gave you the best answer . i am older the chronic fatige syndrom is a definate stay away from carbonated drinks also the young lady did cover this in sweets . i live in canada and this is recoginsed as a pension eligable disease possibly contact state social services .this would cover medical and finicial problems . or you may have to go through federal social security disability paper work and recieve permant disability benefits . or a combination of the two . good luck yo you

Half portions download or cd for weight loss from Independentachievement.com Good Luck.

Sorry Harri, I've never done dieting, I'd go and ask your doctor, they'll be able to give you better advice than anyone on here!
