How can I loose weight and get bigger breasts?!


Question: I am 16 years old, 5'7, 160 lbs, a size 8 and I wear a 36B. I have been a swimmer since I was 7 and have been swimming for 1-2 hours a day since then. I try doing a lot of crunches but I can't get my belly pooch to go away. I try to eat well and my parents are both average sized.

Run...Crunches dont make you loose weight you actually gain muscle which means you gain weight and you will never be able to see your abs. But if you run and do crunches you will burn the fat and be able to see you muscles you produced because there will be no fat infront of your abs

Well, my breasts got big with my child. but your too young. They'll grow no worries. Try to run laps around not in the pool

Weight doesnt go away that fast... keep doing what your doing.

And for the bigger breasts part, I dunno what you can do except get breast surgery....

Sometimes, you will always have one its just the way your made. If you do alot of core work its going to shrink your midsection, but 50 crunches isnt going to do it. Celebs do sometimes 1000 a day to get the stomachs they have, but you have to also incorporate running as well, believe it or not it helps.

watch what you eat stay away from mcdonalds eat healthy.no drugs. water and walk as far as the breast they will come in time be happy with what you have

you dont need to lose weight. the belly pooch i believe is from swimming. swimmers typically have an extra little fat, its to help with swimming. as with the bigger breasts you can choose to make them bigger it just happens. you can strengthen the muscles underneath so they appear bigger and firmer. but it sounds like you exercise enough so you dont need to add anymore. i wouldnt worry about it.

First of all, look up and watch the video "Wicked Game" by Chris Isaac. You will see from looking at the model in the video that huge breasts are not necessary to be sexy.
Secondly, fill up on lo-fat items about 15 minutes before each meal such as green peppers, celery, tomato juice, lo-fat pretzels, broccoli, etc., and then you will not eat so much when you sit down for dinner. Sounds like you have the exercise you need with your swimming. Get plenty of sleep. Just my own personal experience: nothing melts the fat like running.
Good luck dear. Just try to be as FIT as you can be and the weight will take care of itself. Also give some attention to your happiness level...it's so much more important that the physical thing.

Hate to tell you but most of the breast tissue is made from fat cells. And it is somewhat dictated by your own DNA. You can really control it. If you lose weight you will lose breast and it is unfortunately the first to go.

Keep eating healthy, and doing your exercises and enjoy who you are.

Some ppl aren't meant to be small. For your height and weight it seems as if your weight is fine. As far as breast, the only thing that I know of that you can do is to either get implants (which I wouldn't do if I were you) or most women get bigger breast when they give birth...

If you loose weight super fast, your breasts will get bigger.
