So long as you are not allergic to them, a handful of nuts and some fruit juice works or a square of dark chocolate and some milk. Good sources of protein keep you going longer.

Cup of black coffee or ginger tea. Ginger tea is especially good because it settles your stomach as well as cutting hunger.

as mentioned above, coffee seems to curb the appitite for me.

but for something healthier, a fruit or vegtable also works.

Don't do that, you will get dehydrated. Eat some fruit and drink a large glass of water... even if you don't feel full straight away after 1/2 hour or so you will feel satisfied. It is actually healthier to eat frequent small snacks. Also, be aware that thirst can sometimes be mistaken for hunger, so drinking a large glass of water can help.

fruit or vegitable

Anything you eat will satisfy your hunger.

Anything warm is filling and soothing, i love ginger tea and green tea. Green tea is meant to have weight loss properties also.

Water is great as sometimes we think we are hungry when actually we are thirsty.

Sugar free sweets and lollipops help me, as theyre sweet and i feel like im getting a treat and my mouth is physically chewing/sucking.

Protein, such as chicken is filling and low in calories.

Try eating carrots. Being very hard and dense they take a long time to digest. Also try Fybrogel. You can buy this at a chemist and taken with water it swells up inside your stomach. As a bonus, on the way through, it cleans out your gut.

try a banana it works for me

A glass of cool water apparently
