Weightlifting?!


Question: Well, I'm 16, 6'...

I've been weightlifting for a good 3 - 4 months but I can't find a workout that'll work for me, I've tried alot of them but none work for me. I'm doin full body workouts, so if anyone can like hook me up with one, that'd be great. thanks.

Don't make it too complicated !
Day1- lat pull downs,bicep curls,shoulder press,rows,abs-4 sets on each.
Next day leg press,squats,bench press, incline bench press,triceps pull downs,abs
Use the basic free weight exercises like I mentioned & add to them as you go.
Keep in mind your triceps & shoulders are easy to build and they show results quickly !
