I need to loose weight (Fast!) PLEASE HELP!!!!!?!


Question: I am Almost 21 I am 5'5'' and 200 lbs ( I feel really FAT) I know I need to lose weight and I have been trying everything I can think of. Someone told me to Only eat (Healthy) When my stomach tells me to. (It didnt work) I tryed the whole Weight watchers thing and it didnt work for me, I have been doing tybo for the last month along with eating good food, Ie. fruits and Veggies and its not helping. I dont drink Soda. I try to only drink water and Skim Milk. Does anyone have any advice??

Step One - Sit down and make a menu plan

Some good things to keep in mind are portion sizes, calorie intake (cut your daily intake by around 20%) and your recommended daily intake of each type of food.

When making your Menu Plan try and incorporate 6 small meals of Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack. Although this may seem like to much food if you make each portion smaller and eat about three hours apart it will stop your cravings making it easier to lose weight. Another good idea is to have a look at menu and food ideas for diabetics because everyone should really eat in a similiar way to this.

Step Two - Make a plan for how much excersise you will like to do

When i was trying to lose weight my aim was to walk my dog at least once a day. I tried to do it twice a day but once a day was a must. I walked around 1-2kms at a moderate pace so that when i got home i was just starting to sweat. If your anything like me I hate going to the gym and being in pain so this was a great way for me.

What you need to remember is that any exercise is better than no exercise so walking to the milkbar, gardening, playing with your kids. Any of this does help.

Step Three - Do it

Even when it gets tough and you think its not worth it remember your goals and why you wanted to do it and keep at it for your physical and emotional health

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.

every body's thighs look big when they sit down. you should do crunches everyday to get stronger abs and to keep your stomach flat. its a good thing, though, that you are keeping count of your calories. add up all the calories you eat in a week and try to lessen the amount. have your family prepare healthy foods so you have no choice when it comes to eating something unhealthy. for breakfast, try fruit and tea, lunch have water, a sandwich, and a fruit. throw in a snack after school, and eat a well balanced meal at dinner. motivation wise, your friends and family should be able to support you. use them!

just dont get too obsessive with your weight!

Just eat less. Don't eat anything after 7pm. Don't sleep to much!

A combination of diet and exercise will help.

Start reducing the amount of starchy food ie rice, pasta, bread etc, unless you are an active sports person you really don't need a lot of carbs. Increase you protein intake via chicken or fish. Add vegetable colour to your diet for fibre as this will help your metabolism. Finally aim to drink1 at least 8 litres of water every day.

Also develop an exercise regime, that will last approx 30 mins everyday. It needs to make you breathe hard, hence uphill walking, jogging, football, basketball, swimming, dancing or a variety of gym based exercise.

To answer your question - no you cannot lose fat fast without the regain sorry =(


You can lose it forever though if you understand how the human body works
