How Can i Lose Weight In 5 Weeks?!


Question: i am 15 years old...5 foot 6 inches and i weigh 14o pounds..i want to weigh 12o pounds...how can i lose weight in 5 weeks without taking pills or surgery??

If you are currently drinking any type of soft drinks, diet or otherwise..STOP now!! These put on the empty calories and sugar we do not need. I lost 5 pounds in just about a week and 1/2 by quitting cold turkey drinking Dr Peppers. I drank about 2-3 at the time I stopped. I picked up the water bottles and carried them everywhere so I would not get the urge to drinik sodas! Also cut out more of the breads for the next few weeks and that will help. Add fruits and veggies to your daily meals. I carried around the 100 cal snacks to get me buy when I felt the urge to nibble. I just ate a few at a time. I still had a sensible dinner with my family, just watched portion control. And if you are not doing some kind of walking or exercise start light and work your way up. But most of all I would quit the sodas.

I actually think that for your height, your weight is okay, but If you want to lose weight then exersize. Eat healthy. Do yoga.

Consume less calories while excercising, 20lbs in 5 weeks is like 4lbs a week, so you would have to do a combination of reducing and burning calories a day by... about 2000 or so. Good luck!

why would you want to look like a heroine addict??girl youre perfect how you are and there are girls dying to have your height and weight proportion... please dont starve yourself or be unhealthy in order to be stick thin :-(

I went on this really great diet back in the summer and lost seven pounds in seven days called the Mediterranean diet. It kept me full and the food was really great! You can find info online about the diet and what to eat.

Ask yourself why you want to lose the weight then you should be modivated enought to do something about it..and theres only one way to lose it... run tubby

yea, its possible but with your age and the amount of weight you want to use, i dont know how safe it would be to lose 20 lbs. that quickly. just exercise and eat healthy and let the pounds fall off on their own. Your body will lose what it needs to lose and tone on its own naturally if you trate it right.

i'm not sure if you can loose 20 lbs in 5 weeks, but i'll give you a little bit of help here..

- go an a baby food diet
- excersize
- eat healthy. (No chocolate... )

first of all youre still young and still growing so eventually your weight might even out with your height or you may lose the weight the older you get it all depends. all you can do is get plenty of exercise(walking,running,skating,dancing... enough sleep, and eat healthy like lots of fruits,veggies,lean meats,whole grains, and drink plenty of water also avoiding or eating foods in moderation like fatty foods,fried foods,fast foods, sodas.chips,candy.also eating lots of chicken(without the skin) or fish(baked or broiled) and eating only red meat twice a week if youre a female will help as well. also high protein foods like beans,peanut butter and tuna is great as well. you can eat just about anything if you are active enough but you need to eat the wrong foods in moderation or not at all. its hard to do but its the only healthy way to do it.and also white tea tends to speed up your metabolism, and eating 5 small meals a day and ALWAYS eat breakfast. try that and see if that helps

stop eating altogether, or buy a picture of Richard Simmons to scare you so bad that you never want to eat again!
