Is it normal ..?!


Question: that even thou you are fit and excersise here and there to get sore the next day via vigorous excersise? like for example can u still put stress on your musscles even after u have done an excersise for a while? thanks

It is definitely normal, there is a difference between sore and hurt. If you feel that you are hurt you did something wrong and probably pulled a muscle or something. If you are sore that is good if you work out your legs today and tomorrow your a little sore that's good but usually by the second day after working out if you went balls to the wall you should defiantly feel it you should have a hard time getting out of bed. If when you go to the gym and get sore often rock on you are doing something right .......my suggestion eat some banana's drink plenty of water and suck it up !

It is possible. You may have worked a little less harder a for a few days, then worked really hard one day...Your body wasn't used to it, and became overworked.

oh yeah. of course.

I agree with the lady. Try doing less for a week so your muscles will get used to you working out.
Then gradually do more.
