Lunges are hard to do?!


Question: Lunges are hard for me to do, I can only go half way. So if I just do them half way and keep on doing them do you think that I will be able to go all the way soon? Any tips on making them easier?

Yes, even if you only do them halfway, your legs will eventually strengthen by doing them regularly and you will be able to do them all the way.

The only way they will become easier is by doing them regularly and over time, your muscles won't hurt as much afterwards and you'll have more balance.

I love lunges, they're the best work out for your thighs and butt in my opinion.

I hate lunges. They are really hard on the body.
I'd suggest you stop doing them and just do something that you can do correctly instead of half-way. I like jumping rope, running, yoga, squats, biking, running stairs,etc.
