the online ones are not very accurate. i've tried many of them in comparison to tried and true methods used at a gym by fitness professionals. your best bet would be to search for skin fold calipers on amazon.com and get a pair that comes with an instruction manuel because you have to measure specific places to get accurate results. you will also need someone to help you measure these areas as they can't be reached by one's self. then you add up the numbers and the manuel will have a chart in it where you look up your total and it will give you a pretty accurate body fat %. one tip i can suggest when using them is to tell the person measuring to let the clips settle for a few seconds before taking the reading...its going to pinch you but it doesn't hurt that much and it will give you best results.

They are not accurate

The one and only simple way to determine your correct weight = body fat is to determine your BMI. [Google it!]

They're not accurate those online body fat calculators. I doubt you only have only 13% body fat unless you are a professional body builder or elite athlete because that's super low body fat for a female.

I would purchase some body fat callipers (Accu-Measure) which you can use to measure your body fat at home.
