How do you get ripped in 30 days or less?!

oh man this is the question i've been looking for. The best way to get ripped is by using bodyweight exercises such as pushups, pullups, chin ups, incline pushups, hindu squats, etc.... now you would want to workout 4 days a week. you will basically be doing a full body workout everyday for 4 days. the best way to do it is by using quadsets meaning you do 4 exercises right in a row and then rest about a minute then do it again you will do this for 3 sets. you do not have a certain number of reps you do you simply do as many as you can each time you do an exercises you don't even have to count just do the exercise until you cannot go on. the first exercises: pushups-pullups-incline pushups-chinups you do these for 3 sets make sure when you are done with one exercise you go right to the next. the second set: hindu pushups(look up online), dips, hindu squats(look up online), and triangle pushups. after you get done wit these exercises go find some stairs and run up and down ten times but make sure you sprint up because the more intense you are the faster you will lose the weight do this about 3 times. also a great way to burn off fat is to sprint so try sprinting 20 sec, and then jogging 1 min, then sprinting 20 sec then jogging 1 min till you reach about 5 min try doing this twice a week because it is very difficult to do. make sure and eat at least a gram of protein for everyone pund of bodyweight meaning if you weigh 160 then eat 160 grams of protein. hope this works for you cause it worked for me.

a proper diet, and regular exercises, along with focus and concentration, i would also suggest a personal trainer for you.

Without liposuction, getting "ripped" is not possible in under 30 days.

Lift weights to build muscle and do cardio to burn body fat so your muscles are more visible. Be sure to eat plenty of protein.

Ok this is going to be hard, but you can do it. You have to truely be commited to doing this, it will hurt a little bit but it will work. You have to do about 1,000 sit ups in a day and then add 500 sit ups each day. Than for your arms lift weights 1000 times a day and add 250 times each time. For your legs jog for about 5 hours a day and add 1 hour each day till your hit 11 hours and than just do it till you burn a certain amount of calories.( DO NOT DO THIS STRAIT IN A ROW, LIKE TAKE A BREAK EACH TIME YOU HIT 100). Also watch your diet. It will be very, very hard, but if you follow through with it you will be totally ripped. Good Luck.
