just tell her you like her the way she was and that she doesn't need to lose alot of weight.

are you jealious of her?

I would try to ask her why shes trying to be muscle woman or something like that. just tell her how you feel. girls like that : ]]

ok ok talk to her. she ismnt getting obessive is she? if so, she may have OCD.

Encourage her!!! Join her.

its not like shes taking steroids. shes not gonna look like a man unless she does so dont be worried about it. you should be happy for your wife that she accomplished her goal. you should work out with her, it will be good for the both of you.

And your problem is what?!!!?

tell her nicely she may be going overboard.

whatever she says and hope you don't get beat up

I enjoy bodybuilding and lift weights 5 times a week and believe me, I am not a "hulk"- lol! It's great that she is health conscious and wants to keep fit- you'll have her longer! I only hope that she is doing it for health reasons and not to meet guys in the gym or to impress a man. Also, make sure that she isn't TOO interested in health/fitness because she could have some body imaging issues that may need counseling.

Well, it's good that she's keeping fit but if you rele don't like how she is beginning to look, then tell her and let's hope she dosen't get mad ;]

good luck and happy new year!! ??

Tell her your concerns. Assure her that you love her no matter how she looks and that you're worried she might just be becoming a little obsessive about the whole thing. It's one thing to be in shape, it's another to go overboard.

Don't worry, it's extremely difficult for women to get that big and I highly doubt she's going to get much bigger, unless she goes the juicing route. Personally, I'm a little envious, I wish my girlfriends were athletic and it's something you should support with her, she's trying to do something positive and healthy for herself. Perhaps you can join her in her interest, maybe it'll rub off onto you. Honestly, I'm not sure why a little muscle on a woman is such a turnoff for some guys, unless they feel threatened or emasculated by it.

you should let her define her body if she doesn;t like her arms encourage her to exercise her arms, but not the rest of her body everytime she exercises and just help her stay on track with eating healthy. You should also try complimenting her on how good she looks.

Tell her that. Sit down and talk to her so she knows that you fell she's going over board.

What's the problem? Join her, and take interest in what she is doing.

Wow! Confront her and let her know how you feel. Tell her the truth, but don't go overboard. Remind her what her goal was and that you rather the old her?
Good luck :)

are you cheating on her?? cuz if you are .. she's getting ready to knock you out!!! .. lol.. nah.. i don't know .. join her though! support her!

haha, the way i see it. you have two choices

1) get buff yourself, so that you guys would match
or
2) just talk to her and ask her why she's working out so much. make sure she's secure about how she looks.

or you can do both

Are you afraid that she can now beat you up?? Join her and congratulate her on reaching her goal. I doubt that she looks like the hulk. Would you rather she sits on the sofa and eat bon-bons all day. Be thankful.

It sounds as if she is obsessed. Just assure her you like her the way she is . support her in her quest to look better, but let her know you think she is over doing it. she must exercise for fitness not strength, so she will look lean not buffed

I agree with you --- I'm not gay or anything but I don't think many guys want to be with a "manly" woman -- she got obsessed with it.....women can tone without building a bunch of muscle which is what MOST women do in workouts as MOST of us don't WANT to look like that. I don't know what you can tell her - other than "ya know, I think it's great you are taking care of yourself but are you taking men's hormones now too?" and make a joke out of it? All you can do is be honest with her - in the nicest possible way.

run for cover when she gets mad

man relationships are all about communication just tell her how you feel if she cares about u she will stop but also don't be selfish if she wants to get buff because it will make her feel better then don't force her to give up on something she wants to do. so the best thing to do is to sit her down and talk to her about it that way ya'll can come up with something that you both agree on.

you should be proud of her for doing this she set a goal and she did it what do you have to lose she is looking like a model enjoy the veiw and the body with it

just tell her nicely.

Tell her there is only enough room for one man of the house... and that she doesn't have the necessary tool to fill that position and all the female muscle in the world isn't gonna help her compensate.

If she doesn't hit you over the head with a barbell YOU ARE GOOD!! LOL

Seriously sit down with her and tell her you love the way she is, tell her that she is hot , and just stress your opinion on how her getting Jacked Like a Linebacker will take away from her feminine beauty.

Or you can go with option C spike all her food with Butter and Crisco!!

No seriously
