Is this a good workout?!


Question: will i lose 10lbs and look toned in a month if i eat healthy and do the following

2 miles jogging 4 times a week
100 situps everyday
100 starjumps everyday
10 pushups everyday
20 leglifts everyday

i am 5'4 110 lbs

If you want to look toned, start doing weight exercises for your arms... it doesn't take long once you start to increase the weights every 2-3 weeks...start off using low weights. It worked awesome for me!!

Yes just add:
200 sit-ups 100 in the morning and 100 before bed.
25 push ups.
25 leg lefts.
