What's a good book for working out abs, arms, and chest?!


Question: I'm 21 years old. I weigh about 190lbs, 5'11, in pretty descent shape but I want to start working out on my abs and get more definition. Also, I'd like to make my arms look a little bigger and broaden out my chest. I do a lot of lower body work out so I'm ok with that for now. But I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a good workout book, website, or training manual i can get or use and start on this?

Swimming swimming swimming! It's one of the safest sports around and you don't have to worry about people seeing your body if you aren't quite confident about it. It will really define your abs (look at Michael Phelps). Kicking in the water with a kickboard can really wear you out especially if you do the dolphin kick on your back (or on your front). Plus, swimming is hot.
