I hate being fat and its not healthy for me.?!


Question: I'd gain so much wight and i'm piss off cause its not healthy and i try to loss it but i can't do it. and my friends told me to loss wight but i told them its hard on me cause i really don't know what to eat for healthy. and i took alot of pills and that made me sick and i knew it was stupied to do that. and i try everything to try to loss the wight i'm only 150-160 pounds and i'm trying to loss more so i can be fit for the prom dress this year in may.. and i need the wight off before i even go to prom. i need help. plz help me i dont know what to do i try everything but i guess i have to try harderd

if you want to lose before the prom,,,you need to sit down and write out a menu for each week,,,and stick to it,
one that contains a small amount of meat ,vegetables,fruit.Drink only water or water flavored drinks.No starches,that means no potatoes,rice,potato chips of any kind,and NO bread of any kind..keep a snack tray of celery,carrots,pickles in fridge,,,make your self walk either before or after school, at least 40 min. per day EVERY DAY!
Don't worry how stupid you might look, just think how cool you will look in that dress. Lay off of sweets til prom time...you might not see a dramatic weight loss,but you will tone up and look slimmer. Riding a bike for 30-40 min.is great excercise.
get someone to excercise with you,to keep you incouraged.

i totally hear you. I gained weight, too. it pisses me off. last night I planned to lose weight in new year 2008. Also I took the diet pills, too and it makes me really nauseous.. I will try so hard to lose my weight before February, so lets work hard together,, just wondered that we were very similar.

Eat 4-6 small meals a day and make sure you get in 30 min of cardio at least 3 times a week
