Why does my face look like this?!
Question: Well my face is usually skinny and you can see my jaw bone clearly from the side of my head.
But today it looks fat and puffy and my rounder.
I haven't gained any weight so I don't know what it is..what could it be?

Are you getting close to your period? Sounds like you could be bloated from something.
Swollen glands perhaps.
it might just be water weight.
It could be the mumps, which is a viral infection of your parotid glands (located in the cheek) that will lead to swelling. It should give you flu-like symptoms as well. The only way to be sure is to see your doctor.
Did you do any drinking last night? Alcohol will make your face look puffy and blotchy.
Idk maybe cuz u were awake to late last night
