i like those 100 calorie snacks. they are really good and they have everything from crackers to chips and cookies. also you can eat ruffles light chips. if you like chocolate you can eat 9 hershey kisses for 5 points. if you like fast food try mcdonalds' chicken mcnuggets. they are only 1 point per nugget. also the parfaits arent bad either. there are some non fat, no sugar fruit ice cream bars. they are only 10 calories, so they are free. i believe you can get them at sams club. i hope i helped some.

I, too, love the McDonald's parfaits. They're a great breakfast, and only cost $1.00. You will also find that their buttermilk pancakes are low in points - and you get three big pancakes in an order - and they're cheap!

Another wonderful, wonderful dessert is a fudgesicle. They're only 1 point -- and delicious! Have two if you feel like it and you feel like you've splurged!!!

Good luck! Love you!

Good for you. remember this is not a diet it is a way of life.
I enjoy skim milk in the blender with frozen strawberries and one splenda 0 points. Happy New Year.
