3 pounds ain't much. Eat healthy :D No junk or fizzy drinks at all. Might be hard but the result is great. Do cardio everyday, for at least 30 minutes. Gradually increase the intensity of your work out from time to time and stay motivated :D
To loose weight diet is the key, eat 3-5 meals a day but small portions and not a large meal. Work out in the morning before breakfast as well since it burns the most fat in the morning.

go take a big poo that might help you lose a pound or 2........then take a big fart that might help you lose another pound. there ya go.

drink more water...go for a exercise like running, jumping.

Start Winter diet - healthy and working one. You will lose your 3 pounds. If you add some walks will be nice!
