I need help w/ losing weight?!


Question: i need to lose maybe about 20 pounds. im 14, and i work out at a fine gym, i weight about 150lbs, but im pretty built, and im about 5,5, i jst need help loosing the weight. once its lost, i can keep it off, no problem. i lost 13lbs over the summer, while i was on cruches, after seperating my ankle growth plate, and breaking both my tibia and fibia. idk how i lost the wieight by siting on the couch eating captain crunch(super boredness)i eat elthy now, but i cnt lose weight!....plz help!

Muscles are more dense than fat. So if you were on that couch long enough, if you all of a sudden became really thirsty and found yourself drinking a lot of fluids, then your muscles are starting to diminish, and fat might be taking its place (depending on diet). Since you're now going to the gym frequently, you're gaining muscle mass. If you want to lose weight, stop working out.
