How much weight can you lose in a week?!


Question: if you dont eat 4 a week and only drink water about how much weight could you lose, and yes i know you gain it right back and its not healthy but what evs

If you don't eat for a week? We'll I've never done that

But let me just start out by saying you are doing yourself much more harm than good.


You could easily lose 20lbs just buy a saw and hack off your limbs. That might only take a couple minutes


But really what do you want to lose fat? or weight?


Do you want to be lean and toned for life?

or skinny and fat for alittle while and then become fatter?


You're body is made up of bone,fat,muscle,organs


I'm guessing that you don't like the fat, but would like to keep the other stuff

If you don't eat for a week(assuming that you could do it and not pass out and be sent to the hospital) your body would hate you


You would most def get your energy from somewhere (mostly from your natural fat burners) your muscle to fuel your heart, lungs, brain etc. and some fat

Your metabolic rate would be slowed down even more (because it thinks your body is starving) so if you were to binge or eat over a couple hundred calories for a day it would be stored as fat to prepare for the next famine

I'm tired and can't really go on, but although I've never not eaten I've done things like it that are stupid stupid stupid and have paid for it and have been on the right track

A few tips if you don't want to email me

check out how bodybuilders eat (and weight lift if you want - if your a girl and don't take test then you won't ever get huge - just toned like superstar tennis players/soccer players)

Eat alot of lean protein - for EAA
ie fish,chicken,turkey and eggs(superfood)

Stay clear of sugar most of the time (unless you weightlift or run for awhile)
ie pop,candy,fruit,dairy (the last two most of the time) - as far as fruit goes berries are the best ones

Eat healthy fats to get the Omega Fatty Acids
ie certain types of nuts, fish oil


I can get more complicated but in my life jouney it is what has been working for me so far and would give you more tips/specific help if you would like

You could lose more if you chopped an arm off.

What you're doing is hindering your fat burning potential...but anyway, if you were to do this...even as unintelligent as it is...

ten pounds probably is within reason.

But, not only will you gain it back, your metabolism will slow, you will pack on fat easier, and you will be a very unpleasant person for those 7 days.

It depends on how much you weigh now, how much exercise you do during this week and how much stress is in your life during the week.
I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.

You could lose approx 2lbs a day
