To grow taller you have to:

1. drink cow's milk (if you are allergic to cow's milk then soy milk would be an alternative)

2. eat a lot of protein rich foods (like meat, bean curd and etc.)

3. sleep 8-10 hours

4. exercise for at least 10 minutes everyday but be sure to warm up first to avoid muscle cramps or sprains!(jogging, running, walking, playing and etc.)

Height is a sensitive issue in our society. There are many people who believe that height is not an important issue. Of course, people build their happiness and reach their goals regardless of their height, but it is much harder for those of us shorter than average. Most people who believe that height is not an important issue, are of average height or taller. Others would say: human growth cannot be increased by will. WRONG! Human growth can be increased and I will prove it to you!

Most short children do not have a serious growth problem and grow about 2 inches each year between the ages of 3 and early adolescence when sex hormones contribute to an even faster growth rate. Most of us reach an adult height, which is about the same as our parents'. However, there are diseases that can cause poor growth. If you ever had any accidents that could cause serious damages to your body or if you just feel that there is something wrong with your health, this should be discussed with your physician. If you are not aware of anything abnormal which could slow down your height increase, most likely nothing is wrong with your body and you have a great chance to grow taller.

Some children grow very slowly and are considered short amongst their peers until they gain enough inches to become average height and even taller in one single summer. Are there any explanations to this? Does it just happen all on its own or do we make it happen? My answer is: it happens when teenagers switch their activities to the ones that are perfect for their growth, quite often without even being aware of it.

There is a certain age at which most people usually stop growing: men - 25, women - 21. It occurs shortly after puberty. However, these numbers can be changed! It is possible to continue growing until 25 for women and 27-30 for men. Certain exercises, physical activities, right diet, and other things which are important for human body's growth make growing taller possible even for those individuals who thought they reached the age when their growth has stopped.

An average person, no matter what height he or she is, has a potential to be 2 - 4 inches taller, and often - even more! Then why are most people shorter than they could be? Simply because they don't do everything to get the most out of their potentials and do not know how. That is why I have developed the program designed to get the most out of growth potentials for those who are not satisfied with their height.

There are many reasons for our lack of growth, but the most important one is the limited and unbalanced level of growth hormones in our body. It is growth hormones that grow the cells, bones, muscles, and organs of our bodies. Growth hormone is a protein produced particularly by the pituitary gland. Proteins are made of building blocks known as amino acids. Located in the center of our brain, the pituitary gland is often called the master gland because it controls the release of many of the body's hormones.



There are two unnatural ways to increase growth hormone level:

1) Using growth hormone - releasing products like glycine, glutamine, agrinine, ornithine, niacin, and 16 other amino acids which you can get with or without a prescription. Some of them are good for boosting immunity, protecting the liver, fighting cancer, helping rebuild body tissue after surgery or trauma, and many other treatments.

Because amino acids help produce growth hormones, some of them, with proper exercises, may be taken to increase your growth. However, I would not recommend doing this self-treatment without medical supervision, especially for children. Any of these drugs has to be taken with proper dosage and some of them with other drugs or nutrients. Improper usage may cost you serious problems.

Also, there are many side effects from using these products: diarrhea, low toxicity, headache, drowsiness, muscle spasms, dizziness, high blood pressure, nervousness, depression, hair loss, gaining weight, and many more.
So, be careful!


2) Another unnatural way to increase growth is the man-made growth hormone received by series of injections (which cost from $12,000 to 18,000 per year), prescribed after careful evaluation of a person's growth pattern and growth potential. These injections may help you to grow, but inducing growth too quickly may inhibit later growth.

In addition, unnatural growth hormones may produce other various side effects including: high cholesterol, diabetes, liver abnormalities, increased tissue stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome, musculosketal disease, neuropathy, allergic reactions, pancreatitis, hyperglycemia, visual deterioration, headaches, vomiting, increased liver enzyme levels, increased sweating, edema, pain in general and back pain specifically. Pick the one you prefer. If you receive these injections, your body will adapt to this drug and will refuse to produce natural growth hormones after you stop receiving injections.

How do I know ?

At the age of 20 I was 5'1" tall and didn't grow since 16-17 years of age. I was desperate to find a way to grow.
