Whats a good dumbbell for a 16 year old whos overweight and has fat biceps?!


Question: I was thinking maybe 15 pounds. I dont really have any money to get 2 dumbbells though, maybe just one. Could I switch arms after working one arm out? Or should I just get 2? I hate asking my dad for money! Hes supposed to give me 50 bucks so I can get a shirt and pants :/

just put all the food you were going to eat for that day in a tight bag and use that

you don't really need dumbbells. you can use cans of diced tomatoes etc as a free stand-in for weights.

I would recommend not using dumbbells until you get your fat and BMI levels down, WAY DOWN. Cardio (running, walking) would be your best bet. Good Luck!
