About a year ago I loved my butt and wanted to rid my tummy...?!


Question: So I quit drinking soda. I lost my butt not my belly...so idk.
Anywho... Is drinking sweet tea as bad as sodas? Bc id like to try just tea and h2o diet with excersise...

I know it doesn't taste as appealing, but it's best if you're going to drink tea to just drink it plain. That way you're getting only the benefits of the herbs within the tea and not the empty calories you get with the sugar added in. However, it's still better than drinking soda.

Drinking tea and water along with exercise is an excellent start to getting rid of that belly. Be sure to also add a lot of fiber and completely avoid red meat in your diet. Try eating lean protein for a few months. Do bicycle crunches because it works out all areas of the abdominals.

The belly, especially for women, is the hardest to get rid of. Don't be discouraged if you feel like you don't see results right away. It'll take hard work and dedication, but it'll be all worth it.

just tea and water? you do realize that you will gain it back once you start eating again, right? or are you never going to eat again??

I lose weight boobs, butt then my face. You can't chose where to lose it.

I think so. Try drinking green tea straight from the bag, it's funky at first but then you'll crave it, I luv it! A lot of water is good too, get a 2 liter container it'll make it easier to drink water. Do Pilates.
