Diet help plz!!!?!


Question: ok, i kno theres like a MILLION ?s like this but i cant find the answer i want. my sister and i r trying 2 lose weight 2gether by dieting and exercising. were looking 2 lose about 20 pounds each. i was wondering if sum1 could help like by telling us wat 2 eat and stuff.......btw, if uve tried hip hop abs does it work???

Many of the things that you see on t.v. do not work. I haven't tried them myself. The only way to lose weight is to exercise and do cardio, take out the sugars in your diet ( candy, cookies, cake, soda ect.). Eat a lot of fruits and veggies and also drink a lot of water. Good luck

Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can! Eat 6 small meals instead of 3 meals b/c if you eat every 3 hours, you will make your metabolism faster, drink a ton of water, the way I do it is I drink one glass of water every hour while Im at work. So thats 8? Excercize, jog around the block and do sit ups and crunches and weight lifting as well b/c building muscle makes fat fall off easier? Eat protein like chicken and turkey and dont drink ANY soda and try to cut out most sugar?

calories, portion control & exercise. you have to watch all of them without denying yourself the benefits of eating. weightwatchers is good and controlled but you can eat about what you want within your point limit. I have battled for 20 years with every diet under the sun but it still comes back to how many calories, how much and when I eat and if I exercise or not.
