I need help! please!!!!!!?!


Question: for the last few days i didnt have very much to eat at all. i was practically starving myself. only like 100 cals a day. today i almost fainted and had a huge head ache i tried to eat some food but i threw it up, after that i started eating yogart and im eating soup now but im worried.. what should i do besides go to a doctor or tell my mom. it was only 3 days of doing that...

Start off slow with soup and crackers and work your way back up and tell your mom. Starving yourself does nothing but hurt your body, it won't cause you to lose weight.

YOU'RE CRAZY!

Body needs more then that to be healthy. Headaches you experienced were from lack of carbs most likely.

Don't need to tell anyone, just start slow and reintroduce food into yourself..and it will take a while for your body to normalize.

Try eating a little more at a time...Then when your back to the way you used to be...DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!

Depriving your body of food will not help you lose weight. When your body is deprived it goes in to storage mode and stores all the fat. Eat, exercise and drink ALOT of water and you will see a drastic change quickly!!!!

You have to EAT to lose weight! Losing weight is truly a battle without a little help. It isn
