Its not fair! i do every thing i need to do and im fat!?!


Question: my brother eats like 2 pigs put to gether and all he eats is sugar and all day he sits in front of the computer. but for sum reason he's buff! But i always exersize reguraly, i eat super healthy, i do everything i need to do but yet i'm still big! and ive been living a healthy life style for years! i just think its unfair that i have to work just so i am not obese!

The real question is not what you're eating, but WHAT you're eating, in terms of heavily processed foods, and what level of exercise you do.

Muscle burns fat when dormant. If you run, YOU AREN'T BUILDING MUSCLE MASS. You're only burning away the calories already in your system. You will have to run very far and very fast to start burning fat. Don't bike or walk if you're looking to initially lose fat, except for cardio conditioning. Do push ups around the house whenever you get a few spare minutes. 10 push ups & honest situps (NO CRUNCHES THEY DO NOTHING) every hour should be your goal until bed time. If you can't do that, start with 5, then work up each week.

Also, avoid processed and pre-packaced foods. You can count all the calories you like, but those convenience foods have preservatives in them that take a lot longer to break down IN YOU. Cooking fresh foods for yourself is healthier (this goes for all meats and cheeses too, not just veggies), and burns more calories, since cooking is a time and energy intensive process.

Don't get frustrated, the best solution is often the easiest one!

and allow yourself to get hunger pangs (growling stomach) for 10 minutes before you eat

lol he is a boy . he has a higher metabolism because his body is evolutionary and made for hunting a running and living with little fat. girls bodies are made to store fat. its to have babies and periods and attract males and all that fun stuff. guys usually can handle weight on women as long as they are happy with themselves. plus ive meet alot of men who always tell me how the weight just hit them once they were 20 so just thinking about you as insuring your future fitness level. also eat more water and fiber packed food

you need to exercise,stay away from trans fat, DONT drink pop,make sure your eatting in sensible amounts, get the calories you need(if you dont know how much you need then look on google under "lose weight"...ok
