There isn't a good diet pill. Sadly the only way to lose weight is to eat less and willpower.

Why bother with a diet pill - just simply eat a less fatty diet and get plenty of exercise which solves all the problems.
The best ones (and only ones that actually work) are the ones you can get from doctors which take away your appitite, but can also cause other rather horrible side effects. Kindof imagine a very dodgy curry...!
Anything else is likely to do a lot more harm, especially those available from web sites which are often all kinds of horrible chemicals - nothing to do with diets.
There is NO SAFE DIET PILLS!!! duh they mess with your heart....did you really expect anyone to tell you a diet pill to try??
