Eat only when you are hungry, Drink a lot of water (warm water) Avoid non-veg & preserved food altogether, Reduce intake of Salt & Sugar to a bare minimum, Wake up early (5.30) every morning, Walk 10.Kms every day, Do Pranayam, Yoga and some light free hand exercise. Continue this regime for atleast one month and mark the differance

all you have to do is exercise regularly, eat fruits for dessert, and keep your body clean.

*Firstly you need to set a realistic goal for yourself with which you compete against your body to reduce fat.
* The best way to lose weight is to excercise regularly. Join a gym or indulge yourself in some cardio type excercise like dance or swimming or simply jogging in the morning. It will also keep your body and mind active. Also you should walk more instead of travelling in car.
Besides maintaining your diet is even more important
* Allow a variety of foods from all the food groups.
* If you eat something which you think is bad for you, make sure you eat it in lesser quantities and not simply cut down on it.
*Eat 5-6 small, balanced meals a day, approximately 3-4 hours apart.(NEVER starve yourself)
* One protein source and one carbohydrate source.
* Drink lots of water to keep your system hydrated and flushes it out especially in the morning. Drink at least 1.5 - 3 L of water and calorie free beverages
* Avoid refined or processed foods and instead take whole breads
*Take atleast 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-3 servings of vegetables.
*Basic daily meals- Breakfast should be the heaviest
Lunch should be lighter
Dinner should be very light.
*Also try not to eat after 8 pm at night
*If hunger pangs hit you, have some fruit or some roasted nuts.
* Also donot forget to sleep for atleast 6-8 hrs every day.
* Treat yourself on occasion. It's okay to cheat once in a while, use it as a reward or on special occasions. The last thing you ever want to feel is deprived.
* Always keep youself motivated by reading stuff on fitness. Donot lose track of your fitness regime once you start following it because once you start losing weight you tend to become overconfident and careless. Donot let this indifference come in your way.

If you sincerely follow these tips you would certainly become fitter and slimmer. I guarantee you because I have also gone through the same.

I can suggest you Winter diet for beginning

- Every 2 weeks change the diet. This is the secret of many dietitians. Thi sway the body cannot get used with the diet
- Drink a lot of water, forget about snacks, eat 4-5 times per day.
