What kind of diet programs do you recommend?!


Question: I am following, what my doctor recommended...Better not to consider yourself on a "diet", 'cause diets don't work! He suggested: eat 4 or 5 small meals a day, eat meat, vegetables and 1 fruit a day. No bread, pasta, white rice, potatoes, or alcohol or soda. Drink only water...and lots of it.
I start my day with black coffee, O.J., oat cereal. Lunch is a salad with tuna, eggs or cold chicken. Dinner is whatever I want, meat, vegetables and salad. Do not weigh-in each day. I am losing slowly, but I can feel the difference and my stomach is shrinking so I am full sooner, a good thing.

Eat 8 hours a day, fast the rest.

For me it's I eat from 2pm-10pm. With exercise during 7pm.

I get 1/4th of calories before exercise, 3/4th calories after, and I workout everyother day.

Or you could do eat everyother day, but whatever you eat on the eat days can be a lot.

eat a little less, exersize more
