Answers: instead of sandwiches for lunch, and pasta for dinner..what other meals are there that are low/zero carbs?

Eat mainly protein (meat, fish, poultry, nuts, eggs, fats, peanut butter, seeds), most vegetables (except squash and corn), and leafy salads. Limit your carbohydrates to mainly fruit. The truth is that your body requires all of the food groups. So, you're better off just limiting, not excluding, all carbohydrates.

Drink water..Almost everything has carb even licking stamps! Fruits and vegetables have low carb. Try lean meats and stay away from breads, rice and pasta.

Carbon?

fish, very high on protein, very healthy for your heart.

Well...there's celery. There's also water. Sorry to say, nothing else comes to mind.

Eat healthily, make it a cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato, eat it on whole wheat bread.

For dinner make the pasta artichoke pasta and make your own marinara sauce.

crabs?

You can eat all the meat you want, but watch for cholesterol. If you want sandwiches, make sure you substitute the bread for something else, like leafs of lettuce.

Cutting out carbs is a dangerous and unhealthy method of dieting. All it really does is cause you to lose waterweight in the first week, before the more serious side effects kick in.

You can always tell the people who are on low or no-carb diets. Chemicals generated from the forced burning of fat without carbs causes them to reek of rotting apples, and the lack of carbs dramatically increases your risk of developing severe kidney stones.

Why can't you just have a balanced diet and exercise often, like every other normal human being?

A can of tuna. You can cut up a cucumber and put the tuna on the plate with the cuke...

Try unrefined carbs such as long grain rice, whole wheat, natural sugars instead of refined sugar

Vegetables are great for vitamins but low carbs.

Peanuts have some carbs, everythig else is meat and spices. beware of sauces. Check labels and remember you only have to bein phase 1 for a few weeks if you'd like. TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN!

Look Claire, please just eat whatever you like. All you have to do is eat whatever you want but just less of it. Dieting dont work but being sensible does. I eat a little of everything i like, but be active, that's the key.

You can still do the carbs, but you need to consume them before 2 in the afternoon in order for your body to burn them off properly.

I prefer grilled chicken breasts with veggies or tostadas with refried beans(no meat). They are both high in protein and very filling.

It's great you are looking for healthy meals!!!

salads with low carb low fat dressings, cheeses are high protein yet most of the time high fat, try white meats such as sea foods, fish, chicken, and lean cut red meats, lay off the corn, potatoes, breads, and other starches....also read your labels on cereals to see how many carbs per serving you are getting because you DO need the grains to help round out your fiber and general diet.

look up the atkins diet plan. and drink water, that is probably the only thing that does not have any carbs or calories.
