first of all you should check to see if you are at a healthy weight right now by using a BMI calculator. You can google it, and you can also check to see if you're desired weight is healthy. I wouldnt recommend you try any medications but eat healthy, starting with cutting soda. Soda is empty calories and what is in soda, should NOT be in your body. If you are serious about losing the weight, keep a journal of everything you eat and the calories of each food item. Choose healthy foods, and you should target for 2000 to 2500 calories a day. For breakfast eat fruit: although you may here otherwise, fruit is one of the healthiest thing you can eat and also the easiest to digest. Begin your day with one peice of fruit and eat it SLOWLY, wait 10 minutes and if you are still hungry have another peice SLOWLY. repeat this until you are full. Fruit is easy to digest but the nutrients keep you from food cravings because energy is administered slowly, as with complex carbs. Bread is not your enemy suprisingly, but anything white that is a carb is probably not good. Stay away from white breads, white flour, most pastas, and cereals. Instead, substitute with potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, whole wheat bread, and organic pastas made from veggies. Also, choose dairy products that have as little fat as possible, for instance: low-fat or skim milk. Its also important that you exercise. Try to exercise first thing in the morning because it actually puts your body into a kind of mind set where it will be burn calories for the rest of the day. Its also important to drink lots of water and get a good amount of sleep. Hope this helps

pick up smoking or crack

note: i'm kidding, why loose weight life is to short to worry about **** like that. you'll find someone who loves you for you.

Don't eat bread.

It's not healthy for you to loose that much weight in so little time.

i dunno but it sounds like u dont need to lose weight y?? u think ur fat?? coz ur not 125 isnt bad

Diet and exercise, anything else is a waste of time and money.

i know it sounds stupid but eat healthy and exercise every day...

Thee is no way a doctor can prescribe you a medicine to lose weight if you'r already skinny. Too young to be thinking about weight loss!

ha. NO.
that would just be UNHEALTHY.
And 125 is like the PERFECT weight if you're on the taller side.
Honestly.

What do you mean, you can't take pills? You're asking about medication...not many come in liquid. You're a big girl/ boy now, learn to take pills, or shoot some methamphetamine for a few weeks- that'll kill your hunger pains

drink water first thing when you wake up it sppeds up your metabolism for the day

no - none of the meds are really safe for pple under 18 - i would just stick with good solid exerecise - its also the healthier choice - you will feel more accdomplished if you lose it with exercise too - you could also join like a kung fu class or something to helop u with that goal - works well - gives support - ( since 15 y/o kids arent usually aloowed in gyms)

Unless you're only four feet tall, 125 pounds is not over weight.
The only healthy way to lose just a couple pounds is to eat in moderation and get some exercise every day.
You do not need medication.

When I was 13 I weighed 130 lbs, and was 5'7''. I have to say that most of it was muscle, but all my friends thought I was really skinny, and I was. You don't need to lose the weight, but I lost 30lbs in 1 month over the summer just by swimming for 3 hours a day for 2 weeks, and running for an hour a day the 2 weeks I didn't swim. The weight has stayed off for over 6 months now, and that was medicine free!

Do some sit ups....Go jogging...Stop eatting mcdonalds...And dont sit on the internet alot...Dont try to take the easy way out with medications....Plus your 15 you have time to shape up.

Pills don't work. A healthy diet and good exercise program is the only safe way to lose weight and keep it off for good. 20 pounds in even 2 months isn't doable for you, nor would it be safe.

No, but I lost 50 in 3 and a half mths by eating less than 35 carbs a day and no exercise. Remeber when counting carbs, subtract any fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbs because those dont count. It's alot of meat, eggs, and cheese but I promise it really does work. Try it one week and you will see.

The faster you lose weight, the FASTER you gain it back.

Do it slowly, (aka not in one month or two) and you will keep it off.

And pills dont work! they only speed up your heart rate and make you lose water. And they are expensive, so you will be wasting money.

Go to the gym and work out and thats how you will lose it and keep it off.

srry hun ur gonna have to do it the old fashion way... eat right and exercise
its not healthy to loose more than 3 pounds a week
and if there is such a pill im sure there are age limits and no doctor would offer them
if you really wanna loose weight but find it hard to give up food just moderate what you eat... like instead of 3 slices of pizza just have 2.. instead of pop slowly transition to juice then water...
if you dont like to exercise then dance you loose weight while having funn

You're not fat. Just try to eat better foods: Lean meats, fruits, veggies, lay off the sugar and soda and sweets. Go for long walks, do some aerobics, put on your favorite CD and dance around your room. Kids used to play outside all the time rather than sitting in front of computers and video games all day. Go play tag or manhunt!

If your 4'6" your over weight. Other wise your perfectly fine! Any medication is going to be in a pill.

r u serious u dont need to loose weight
