Eating habits good?!


Question: for a new years resolution, i decided to looses a little bit of weight for my goal. ok so the point here is, i will only eat dinner.
no lunch nor breakfast. i dont ever eat breakfast so i thought skipping lunch wouldnt be a biggy. imm not really EVER hungry around lunchtime. so tell me what im in for here.

.... you're not going to loose any weight if you skip breakfast, breakfast is what starts off your metabolism in the morning... if you don't eat it your body will go into starvation mode and store everything you eat later on as fat... eat at least three meals a day, breakfast being the largest, and they gradually get smaller as the day goes by... dinner should be light... the trick to burning fat is to keep your metabolism running during the day... if you can keep it up then the pounds will come off

just exercise and eat veggies/fruits.
cut out the junk u eat.

Drink as much as water and take sunlight for different type of energy including calcium for bones i.e. vitamin D for bones and breathe good air, oxygen more.

okay dont do that.

because when you dont eat breakfast it slows your metabolism down and whatever you eat gets metabolized reallly slow. you might actually end up gaining weight.

i would recommend eating several small meals throughout the day and eating no more than 1000-1100 calories a day.

also dont eat junk food, candy,and ESPECIALLY not soda (even diet soda).

another key to fast weight loss- exercise! anything helps even walking a mile or 2 a day.

trust me ive lost 25 pounds doing this i know it works!

its unhealthy to skip too many meals. you could simply eat small portions of healthy food for those three meals. you may not be very hungry, but not eating is a very unhealthy diet. i would suggest the following small, healthy meals that will not stuff you since you say you arent very hungry, but are also very healthy and will make your body healthier. you will lose weight as well.

breakfast examples:
small portion of cheerios and a banana
some whole wheat toast with egg whites and some cantelope

lunch examples:
a salad with egg, ham, etc
a whole wheat sandwich with meat and lettuce and some celery with peanut butter

dinner examples:
chicken breast, some whole grained rice, and a salad or other veggie
a stir fry

try to focus on all of the food groups but eat smaller portions.
do not skip meals, because this may be effective for losing wieght, but it is simply not healthy for you body. if you find that you are hungry throughout the day, try eating a pice of fruit or snacking on some pretzels or peanuts, or a veggie.
