Yes, but it's hard.

Eliminate carbohydrates from your diet, or at least eat very few.
Eat green vegetables, lean meat, fish, and cheese - if you get very hungry, bacon is less fattening than candy!
Eat eggs or egg whites, tuna, steaks, chicken, turkey, and some unsweetened nuts.

Avoid sugar, starches of all sorts (bread, pasta, potatoes, pizza), milk, yogurt, soda (except for diet soda), all candy, cookies, and sugary fruits. Avoid fruit juice, particularly anything sweetened. (Have an occasional tomato and take vitamins.)

Drink 9 glasses of water a day. Do weight training and light cardio. You'll continuously burn far more calories lifting than you ever will by doing cardio (including ellipticals).
And no, you won't immediately pack on big man muscles or grow a beard. You will, however, look more toned and fit and burn considerable amounts of body fat.

I lost 20 lbs in a month doing this - don't know if it works for everyone but it does for some!! Good Luck.

i know that you're eating healthy right now, but if you want results FASTER, then have 1200 cals a day and 25 grams of fat. if u want some Goodmotivation, read this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

Are you using a Heart Rate Monitor? Making sure you exercise in you Target Heart Rate Range will help.
