Gaining weight?!


Question: I'm 5'7, 128lbs.. I want to gain 10 more, but it seems like I'm losing it as fast as I gain it. It's not like I exercise or anything, and I don't have a job where I'm always on my feet. Besides "eating", what else can enhance weight gain??

working out because muscle weighs more than fat. do lifting for muscle. also they have those high protein drinks. if you're going to gain weight just talk to your doctor about it he must have a lot of ideas. but if its not for health than dotn worry to much about it. too many people focus theyre lives on how they look

im 5 foot 3 inches and weigh 134 i jst dnt worry about that

Pasta! You should eat pasta. However, I would suggest working out. It would be a lot more healthier. Best of luck to you.

eat foods with a lot of fats and calories or eat fast food for one-two weeks and see if you can add weight
