Can anybody give me a workout plan?!


Question: I started with this gym plan a couple of weeks ago. I'm on holiday at the beach now, and I have no access to a gym etc. All I can do here is jogging, push ups etc. Can anybody give me a plan that I can do here for the next 2 weeks? Things that doesn't require gym access. Thanks alot! =D

Gym Workout Plan

Day 1:
15 Min Treadmill
SS (Superset, no break between excercises) on all - I do Reps: 15 Sets:3 on all.
Chest press
Pulldowns

Pec Delt
Seated Rows

Bench Machine
Low Rows

15 Min Rower

Day 2:
15 Min X - Trainer

Shoulder Press
Side Raises

Rear Delt Machine
Shrugs

Bib Curls
Press Downs

Machine Curls
Dips

15 min Rower

Day 3:

15 Min X - Trainer

Leg Extend
Hack Squats

Hamstring Curls
Leg Presses

15 Min Rower

Day 4 & Day 5:

20 min Cycle
20 min Rower
20 min Stepper

I take Whey protein with milk in the morning and Whey with water when I finished with the workout.
