U will have to work on that area.. but u will loss weight all over..
sit ups are good.. if u don't have any workout equipment

it's no fun... that is for sure.. I have almost stopped eating to lose weight.. I am beginning to burn calories..
good luck in 2008 in doing so..

You can't spot reduce. Where we carry our weight is determined by genetics. All you can do is lose all over the the belly will go down when it wants.

I assuming you have tried sit ups and crunches?

There's always that product called RELACORE that claims it reduces belly fat... Otherwise, tummy tuck or liposuction, but they can be very costly.

It's not unusual to not be able to lose that extra 5 pounds, specially if you've just had a baby or lost weight recently.

do sit ups every morning

I would say watch what you eat, and do sit ups. Believe it or not, they do help. If you can't do one sit up, start by trying to do at least 5, then in 5 minutes later do another 5. Pretty soon you will be up to 50 sit ups. Do 50 sit ups early in the morning and in the evening. You will be rid of your belly fat in no time.

Sit ups helped to get from a size 14 to a size 8. It took a while, plus I did watch what I ate.

I hopes this helps.

A lot of those things that you seen on TV and such about "spot reduction" is a gimmick. Have you ever heard the following:

"Fattest first, leanest last"

Genetics tells determines in what order and where are fat builds. Commonly, for both sexes it is around the gut, hips, and thighs where fat first accumulates. I am not a doctor or anything... I am not sure why that is. But from my knowledge of physics, weigh gain around the mid section keeps the extra weight near the bodies natural center of mass, because if it wasn't it would put extra strain on your joints.

Speculation aside, you just need to exercise and eat right... I know it sounds basic, but one of the best things you can do is lift weights to build some extra lean mass... this will in turn increase you metabolism. A lot of gyms have beginning training programs at good prices... since it is a new year, then might be able to find some deals.

maybe try some situps and leg lifts. also daily jogging is another good thing to do
