Why do i alwasy get hurt?!

Do you stretch before you exercise? if not thats probably the reason why always do like 5-10 mintues of stretches before you do the actual exercises. You might also be pushing yourself too hard when your exercising, slowly progess into heavier weights when your body can handle it. Hope i helped!! good luck :D
