You might be depending on your location and the store you're at. Delsym cough medicine has some ingredient in it ( I don't remember the name of it and couldn't spell it if I could!) and my local grocery store requires purchasers to be 18+.
I don't know if it's a state law or store policy.
Basically any diet pill is all caffiene so your body is constantly working to keep itself going, sort of like when you drink WAY too much coffee. The inside of your body is bouncing off the walls which isn't good for you because it can lead to a heart attack due to irregular heart rhythm, or improper dieting with diet pills. You do need to excercise and eat healthy along with diet pills if you do decide to take them. It is not a substitute for eating.
yes you have to be 18. why do you awnna do that anyway? do you know your body might do the exact opposite of what you want? wouldn't that be horrible? your body isn't developed all the way and it won't metabolize the pills how it should. ask a doctor for the right kind that is prescribed to you. that way you know it's safe and it'll work.
