yes my freind you defiently need to gain some weight... i am going to help you out with that... Firstly do not be so concerned about not working out... i know construction workers who workout a few days a week.... you should keep your workouts down to 45 mins, preferably lower reps as u want to maximize the bulking process... 6 - 8 reps or less,,, each muscle being worked once per week.
You need to workout.... to build the muscle

Your main problem is your calorie intake.. u are just not eating enough, you have to make yourself eat 5 - 8 times per day..... your going to need eat atleast 150 grams of protein, probably going to need about 340 grams if carbs per day... and about 75 grams of fat per day.... you do not need to be a calorie counter, as you can eat extra amounts, but i am making a point to u about what you need..

key foods for u to eat

1. oatmeal, mix it with protein powder u can bring this to work, all u do is add water and mirowave

2. bannas
3. potatos
4. chicken, beef
5. lots of brown rice
whole wheat pasta

those are just examples of key foods..,u can have lots of other foods...

i would also buy a nitric oxide creatine supplment that is more geared towards bulking u up.. u cycle that on and off...

maybe consider a weight gainer if u cannot make the effort to eat this much food.

goodluck buddy

eat alot of carbs,ex- potato's, pasta, rice,etc...

wow, i am 15 yrs old and im 5'11 168lbs. First figure out if you want to be heavier than you are now. If so then you should probably lay off working out on days off, but not only that try to eat a lot of high calorie foods and carbs (not junk food) and drink a lot of liquids. These foods will be converted into lipids (fats) and stored on your muscles. Then will be converted to muscle mass when your working out. What happens is, the muscle use up all of their proteins and amino acids if stressed long enough. When this happens they start to seek out any fats on the body for an energy source. Once theirs no more fat left they begin eating away at the muscle itself (that's why anerexic ppl are all bony and no muscle) Now you will be supplying the muscles with energy, this builds new muscle tissue and strenghthens it as well. If this doesn't work... get some Creatine Monohydrate at GNC, and search of Creatine Cycle on google to find dosage instructions.
