What is a good workout for legs?!


Question: i would perfer workouts without any weights or anything, um preferably workouts that will tone my muscles in my legs, thighs mostly. i dont "want" bulky legs but i do want toned muscular legs! thanks!

stair stepping, elliptical machines or cycling would be great for toning. if you have access to a pool, swimming, especially with resistance weights not only works out your legs but you get a nice arm workout too!

running, make sure to stretch first though!

Its a myth that girls will get bulky legs using weight. Do some lunges, squats, etc.
