Can someone give me a good weekly schedule workout routine?!

hi im 14 to and i work out everyday. DONT leave out legs. Just a good piece of advice because they have to be able to support you. You wont get very far without strong legs. what i do is monday i work arms wit dumbells i do 3 sets of 15 or until tired. tuseday is abs. i use the plank position and hold it for 1 minute and do it as many times as i can. then i take a big ball and sit back on it then do crunches until i cant anymore. chest depending on if your at a gym or at home its good to get a set of dumbells. i do flat bench flyes,incline flyes,incline dummbell press, and pushups are all good for home training. thursday i do legs and i just do alot of squats and claf raises with my dummbells. friday i do core and just try to build up my stamina with running and basketball. any sport will work i use foot ball too. then weekends i go and steam and hot tub and start all over again. hope this helps it works for me.
