Can it be possible to lose 30lbs in a week?!


Question: first off i know its a crazy question.but if any of you have seen the biggest loser australia.there was a guy who lost 34 pounds his first week weigh in.i couldnt believe it either when i read the facts.to achieve this any one know what he might of done.thanks alot.heres the link so you can read about it

Sure it's possible. They do it on Biggest Loser- a guy tonight lost like 19 or 20 pounds in one week. There is most certainly a healthy and unhealthy way to do it. I'd opt for the healthy way and do your homework and visit with your doctor first.

I don't know that I believe they're losing that amount (at least of body fat) in a week. A 350 lb. person can maintain that weight with about 4,200 calories a day. Even if this person ate absolutely nothing and exercised off 1,000 calories a day, that would still only be about 10 lbs. in a week.

yea its possible.....first off you have to be really big though to lose that much....a lot of that is water weight, most of it actually
