I want to lose 45 lbs in 45 days. i know it's not healthy, but is it doable?!

Question: I would suggest you try cleansing your body. I did and lost 10 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel so much better. I really believe we are all gettting fat from the toxins in our foods. Try to cleanse and see how your body responds. You may be as happy as I was. Not without chopping off a limb, no. You might be able to do 20-25 in that amount of time.

the only way I see is not eating and that's not doable be for real

You can lose half of that in my opinion in 45 days. Woman always lose inches first than the weight. Guys can lose the 45 lbs. I lost 35 in 60 days. I was very regimented in how I did it. As a matter of fact I dropped the weight and 13% body fat. Have went on to lose 45 lbs total. Diet only and no exercise. Got to eat the right food and drink your water!! Sounds crazy but I did it!!

Not do-able...just setting yourself up for failure and frustration.

Just FYI..men lose weight faster because they have a higher ratio of muscle than women, therefore have a faster metabolism at rest.

How stupid is this?
Maybe gastric bypass.
Proper loss of weight should be 2 lbs. a week or less.

I don't believe that is realistic. Gradually cut out sodas and junk food and replace with vegetables, 64 oz. water daily, fruits, and grilled or baked chicken. It is a ongoing process. You learn new habits but it is always a struggle even for me. Good luck!

Ummmmm, no. You can't lose a pound a day. You're body just isn't designed to lose weight that quickly. Nobody's body is. Hell, even with Weight Watchers, you lose like 1 pound A WEEK. Not a day.

I'm really not sure it's doable at all. But if you could really push yourself and lose at least 1 pound a day, maybe.

I wouldn't count on it...but you could give it a shot as long as you remember to put your health first. Don't hurt yourself by trying to lose weight so fast. Sometimes you have to wait for the things you want.

But it's worth it even if it takes a little longer than you want it to. Don't give up, even if after 45 days you haven't lost as much weight as you want to. By that time you should definately at least be seeing some results.

Anything is possible but this is highly unlikely.
If you have 45lbs to loose because you are sevearly obease then yes if you are 45lbs over weight then no. Not eating will only slow your metabolism down so your body will hold its fat reserves and not alow you too loose the weight, The most I ever lost was 100lbs from 280 to 180 took 9 months of srict diet, dedication and cardio. Please note I did this to drop weight for Body Building competitions I was in good shape at 280. Loosing weight is a gradual prcess people who loose drastic amounts of weight quickly will gain 70 to 100% of it back within 3 to 6 months.

Good Luck

just remember, if you are losing more than 2lbs per week, you can pretty much expect to gain it all back plus some! I went from185 down to 130 but this took about 1.5 years total. I look and feel great now, I used the Suzanne Somers plan (not a diet, but way of life changes) you should check it out! When shopping at the grocery, stick to the OUTSIDE edges of the store, this is where the healthy items are, and believe me YOU CAN eat WELL from these areas! Good luck to you! (ps..don't forget, at least 30 minutes 3 times a week of just walking can help!!!)

Almost impossible. That's a full pound of fat every single day for a month and a half.....

You'll need to work out about 7-8 hours per day - HARD - burning about 400-500 calories per hour, and eat perfectly clean 6 meals a day of about 250-300 calories each, and drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water every day spread evenly throughout the day, and sleep 10 hours a night.

If you do that, you might come close. But very few people can train like that. That amount of activity requires athlete-like conditioning.

if your significantly overweight it's possible but not probable. you have to do a ton of cardio while eating just enough to function. If your not that overweight it's pretty much imposible.

No you can only loose about 20-25 pounds in that time.
Try also drinking a half gallon of water a day to flush out that extra fat in your body.

Good luck:
