Its 2008 Of Course I Want to Start A New Diet( wieght Help!)?!


Question: Okay I am 20 yrs Old. I wieght 140. Im actually okay with that its just that I have killer belly fat lol. I really can afford a gym right now because its not in my budget. I have an avergae body almost no booty nice sized thighs. I want to loose my belly fat and keep my nice thighs and if possible grab some booty! lol I want an excersice that will keep me slimed down I dont want a brick hard 6 pack and I dont want a bulky body. I work at an office so Im always sitting. Please help me with somethings! Thank you.

Sounds like you need to do some cardio. It will help on the belly fat.. So run or dance.. And there are some really great workout videos out there for 30 minutes that are wonderful. I really like Leslie Sansons walk away the pounds (it's simple but effective) I've also tried the Biggest Loser and some dance ones.. Good Luck!

i have learned that if you do cardio workouts it does help with your belly also just make some time to do some sit ups and push ups durring the day maybe before you take a shower or even before you go to bed.
