Healthy way for a teen to loose some weight?!


Question: I have some unwanted fat around my theighs that I don't want. I weigh 118 and am 5'8 .I'm15. I want to loose around four pounds anyone know some ways to loose some weight.especially around my inner thighs. thanks

If you 5ft 8in and weight 118
pounds, you don't need to lose
weight. What might help you is to tone
the area in which you are not happy
with. Drink a lot of water and either
use weights, or excerise the area
that you want to look better.
Believe me when I was in
high school I was only 90 pounds
I am only 5ft tall. I stayed tiny most
of my life but as time goes on you
have to work a little harder to keep
toned. Good Luck

Your BMI is 17.9. You are already underweight. If you lose 4 pounds it will be 17.3. Don't lose weight! If you are unhappy with your body. Up your intake by 100 calories and start running. You'll tone up a bit maintain your weight. You won't be able to see any "flab" on your inner thighs because it will be filled out when it is toned. Good luck! Be happy and healthy this 08'!

It is always better that you exercise to trim up than to try to diet it off.
