Treadmill question please?? details inside?!
Question: im a beginner in using the threadmill and i want to lose 20 punds or 10 kilos because i'm overweight.
i should only weigh 55 kilo or 120 pounds but you see, im 65 kilograms or 140 pounds.
what i'm doing is using the treadmill for 30 minutes everyday, and im doing it like this:
10 minutes treadmill, rest
10 minutes treadmill, rest
10 minutes treadmill
to complete the 30 minutes everyday exercise..
HERE's MY QUESTION: does it still work or am i doing it wrong??
its hard to do it 30 minutes all the way because my gluteal (leg) muscle hurts very much. so i need to rest.
