First detox. Make sure all the toxins are out of your body. A foot bath and a body wrap may be perfect. get two body wraps this month, one every two weeks. its healthier than starving, makes you feel healthier and it shaves inches off your waist line. and i know this sounds gross but make sure your not constipated. take a laxative ONCE. this will loose some wieght and clean out your system. DO NOT take it more than once, thats unhealthy and laxatives can be addictive and are used by people with eating disorders

second, eat right! dont starve. everything in moderation. 5 very small meals a day, about the size of your fist, instead of 3 large meals a day. Prepare your own food instead of eating prepared foods. Remember, dont diet, just eat right for life. get plenty of protien and some carbs are good for you, they give you energy. veggies and fruits a perfect too!

third, WATER WATER WATER! the more you drink, the better off you'll be! this detoxes your system and keeps your stomach full of water so your not just hungry because you can be, your only hungry when you should be.

Excersise. Honestly, i never excersise, NEVER and im always told im model thin, but thats because i do the above mentioned religiously! I dont know about you, but i cant run for my life, so walk everyday for an hour. if you can run, more power to you!. when you get back from your walk, if your needing more, stretch, because now you muscles are warmed up from the walk, then excersise, do some stair steps, crunches, lundges(good for the butt!), and then go walk for another 20 minutes to warm down.
