Recommended Supplement?!
Question: I'm looking for advice on supplements for my exercise program - which will consist of basically: running, sit-ups, pull-ups, and (basic) weight training.
I'm 31 and weigh about 120lbs. I'm most interested in creating muscle rather than adding weight.
What supplements would be best?

Have a protein shake after you workout. They are all pretty much the same, but i like 100% Whey Optimum Nutrition. I'd mix that with some l-glutamine and you are good to go.
You get get these things at GNC and Vitamin World. They are a little cheaper if you buy them online, but since you are inexperienced with supplements, id go into a store and buy them at least for the first time.
protein shakes are excellent try throwing in a banana......
You need both creatine and whey protein to build muscle. Take 100% gold std whey protein of Optimum nutrition.
Take whey protein source which is isolate of whey.
It is a better concentration of whey.
Also improve your diet.....take high protein diet.....include egg whites and fish and nuts in your diet.
