How to Build muscle at home?!

Question: OK, I'm strong but I need some tips on the technique. Such as when I get up and do push ups, what do I need to do on the push ups to increase the tricep muscle and then what else within the push-ups (say another set) should I do to increase the shoulders? Also, how can I improve my chest and legs? I'd rather not buy any equipment or steroids. I'm doing it in my bedroom so I can use the bed and chair. I also do sit-ups but if you could just give me some tips on how to increase certain parts of the body.

when doing pushups, try moving your hands closer together to work the triceps more. To build muscle, eat clean (no junk foods), buy some whey protein, get your rest (7 to 8 hours). Don't over do it and keep a log book to track your progress.

Buy a set of free wts that you can use at home and as far as dieting goes, lean protein is the way to go to help build that muscle... Report It

Bodylastics resistance bands are considered the rolls royce of resistance bands. They provide a really good workout (I use the maximum set) and I notice my arms are getting somewhat bigger (so does everyone else). And they pack real nice for travel. It comes with a bag, a dvd and a very detailed exercise book. All you need is a door.
