cottage cheese crash diet. all you eat is cottage cheese. works alright but youll gain it all back. (not meant for long term) Ive never done it myself but a friend does.

CARDIO! Play sports. Play volleyball, definitely will lose weight that way.

work on your cardio big time, watch your meal intake. DON'T do a crash diet, unless you want to gain it all back and a little bit more. cardio, eat apples, oranges, (fruit and fibre rich food) for a while, do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day for 2 weeks, see how your progress is doing. if you weigh a lot, 7 ppounds will be easy, if you are already skinny, it'll be harder to lose that 7 pounds.

My way always works. Just STICK TO IT.

To lose weight, eat less and exercise more.
To gain weight (body mass, not fat), eat more and exercise more. That's about it. Ideally, you'll want to get your fat level down to 8% or so.

Reduce starchy carbohydrates (rice, bread, noodles etc). Absolutely DO NOT eat them after 6pm. Eat more vegetables and fruits instead.

Try not to eat 2 hours or less before you sleep.

As for the exercise, crunches are the numero uno way to go. The basic sit-up entails lying flat on your back, followed by lifting only the top part of your body. I'm sure you know how to do it. Variations include twisting to the side on the ascent.

Try splitting it into sets. Get it down to 5 or 10 crunches per set, whatever feels more comfortable. Alternate crunch sets with weightlifting or cardio exercises. Try to get in 20 or so sets per day. This isn't that hard to do, honestly.

I do a set in the morning after I wake up, another set after breakfast, a set whenever I change clothes, 5 or 6 sets during my exercise period and a set an hour or so before I sleep. Just maintain the intensity. It has to be done consistently to have an effect.

Best of luck. =) I got my perfect abs after about 2 months.

just take lite food and keep on excersizing

First and foremost - make sure you eat. Starving yourself is the absolute worst way to lose weigh as you will mostly lose water weight and muscle. You'll weigh less but look flabby. Think of your body's metabolism as a fire. Think of food as the logs that keep that fire going. The goal is to eat more often, 5-6 times a day, spread out evenly over the course of the day. Eat often but eat correctly. Replace white bread with whole wheat, bologna & cheese with tuna, cheeseburgers with grilled chicken and salads, you get the point. If you don't eat, your body freaks out and says, "Ok I don't know when I'm going to eat next so I'll just hold onto the fat we have cuz it'll keep me warm for longer, and I'll just eat muscle." Yes, you actually go into something called "catabolism" in which your body starts to eat it's own muscle. Muscles burns more calories than fat, so it's best to build more muscle and burn fat....how do you do that?

Cardio.........It's safe to lose about 1-3 lbs a week, so in about 2-3 weeks of eating healthy and cardiovascular training you could drop 7 lbs. Run, walk, ride a bike, etc. (anything that gets your heart rate up) for about 30-45 mins, 5-6 days a week. Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water, you will need to replenish what you lost during training. Good luck.

If you don't wanna work out hard so you can start eating
